Functioning primarily as a sales facility, Crying Coyote Farm (CCF) is committed to creating positive transaction environments for horse trainers/instructors. We are experienced in the preparation of legal contracts that provide fair protection of the interests of trainers and their clients. 10% Trainers' Commissions
In an effort to create transparency and encourage the involvement of trainers in the process of clients purchasing horses, Crying Coyote Farm directly compensates trainers 10% of the sale price of horses sold to their client(s), unless otherwise negotiated. This commission is paid to the trainer(s) upon completion of the sale and details are included in the purchase agreement of the horse. The involvement of a trainer needing to be paid a commission by CCF on a purchase must be declared by the client or trainer prior to the initiation of any negotiations or purchase agreement and applies to advertised sale prices on CCF owned horses.
No Trainer?
When no trainer is to be paid in a sales transaction or the trainer is being paid by the client, a reduction of 10% can be assumed on the advertised asking price of any horse owned by Crying Coyote Farm (policy does not necessarily apply to consigned horses and is not necessarily applicable upon negotiated prices/terms).
